- Incapable of being physically captured, The Goofy Goofer simply slips away into another dimension to return to some busy intersection.
- Possessing no means of communication but the strange power to control the blinking of nearby red, yellow, and green lights!
How will the forces of good that protect our fair city handle this misguided force to be reckoned with?
