Due to a spate of spam account creations on the forums, I’ve shut down the ability for people to confirm their accounts by simple email response.
Until further notice, I’ve set the requirement back to be handled by the forum moderators.
Understand that this process may take longer to complete as I’ve directed them to dig deep into account requests before approving them.
So please be patient.
Scratch that. It appears someone from a .ru domain is trying to down the forums with some excessive spam account creations. Forum account creations are now closed for a while.
If you need an account, please use the contact KORPG feature on the site and I’ll set you one up manually.
Okay, so I’m now blocking bad actors from the entire korpg.com domain.
Forum signups are back on, but I’m monitoring all account creations fairly critically.
Sorry to have to do this, but I don’t have time to play games with spammers.
What’s more, I’m sure you’d all prefer I spend my time focused on creating games anyway.
